Online Therapy for ADHD in Oregon, From a neurodivergent therapist.

Therapy for ADHD

Does your brain seem to oscillate between overstimulated and understimulated?

Are you sick of getting brushed off by medical providers because you’re an adult, or because you’re not struggling ”enough” in school, or because they gave you medication (or didn’t) and kicked you out the door?

Together, we’ll help you better understand your needs, collaboratively identify and advocate for supports, & develop emotional regulation strategies to help you thrive.

Meet your therapist & resident nerd.

Hey! I’m Cassandra Miasnikov, an LGBTQ+ neurodivergent therapist. I was diagnosed with ADHD & autism spectrum disorder as a teen, and I know it’s not easy living in a world that wasn’t designed for you.

No one should have to figure everything out on their own, or spend years getting brushed off by providers who work off of outdated models.

That’s why I specialized into supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, bipolar, anxiety, & those who don’t fit traditional neurodivergent profiles—especially people of color, women, nonbinary, and trans individuals.

We’re so glad you’re Here!
