OCD Therapy (ERP) in Portland, Oregon & Online Across Oregon

Therapy OCD & Anxiety

Do you wish your brain would pause for a minute so you could breathe? Are you sick of people telling you, “calm down,” and “don’t stress so much, it’s bad for you,” like that actually helps?

OCD and anxiety can feel relentless, with intrusive thoughts, urges, and loops that don’t respond to logic.

I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD, combined with ACT and CBT to help you change your relationship to intrusive thoughts and reduce compulsions.

You don’t have to keep fighting your brain alone. We’ll build practical tools so you can feel more grounded, more flexible, and more in control.

What OCD Can Look Like

OCD doesn’t always look how people expect. It can show up as:

  • Intrusive or unwanted thoughts

  • Compulsions (mental or behavioral)

  • Constant doubt or “what if” thinking

  • Needing certainty or reassurance

  • Feeling stuck in loops you can’t break

  • Moral or existential fears

  • Relationship OCD (ROCD)

Meet your therapist & resident nerd.

Hey! I’m Cassandra, an LGBTQ+ neurodivergent therapist based in Portland, Oregon. I was diagnosed with ADHD and autism as a teen, and I know how exhausting it can be to live in a constant loop of thoughts and anxiety.

I specialize in working with OCD, ADHD, autism, and complex presentations, especially for people who don’t fit traditional clinical profiles.

I’ve presented at the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and have written on mental health for Business Insider and the International Bipolar Foundation. I make therapy practical, accessible, and shame-free.

How ERP Works

ERP helps you gradually face the thoughts, situations, or sensations that trigger anxiety without engaging in compulsions.

Over time, this retrains your brain so the thoughts feel less urgent and less powerful.

We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable and collaborative.

My approach integrates ERP with ACT and a strengths-based lens, so you’re not relying on shame or fear to create change.
